The Traverse Advisors team was formed in 2018, when Alicia Polevoi Davis & Brandon Johnson found themselves working at the same brokerage.  They had both migrated into the same space, independently transitioning their expertise and passion for real estate into a unique position within the marketplace.  Both had found themselves in an under served sector of the Real Estate Market. Through their clientele they had evolved from residential real estate into investment, development, syndication, and equity partnerships.  They found this underutilized market was full of frustrated small to medium sized businesses, owners, and investors that were craving the leadership to grow their real estate portfolio and leverage capital to increase cash flow and wealth.
